You can check the status of the online application using the reference number. Once the intake worker makes a decision to consider the application, it will be processed by TNAPS for further actions.

Your report will be in the following three stages:

1. Report Received:

   At this level, your online report was received successfully by the system.

2. Report is Under Review:

   At this level, Adult Protective Services personnel are reviewing the report to determine whether the report should be investigated or not.

3. Report is being investigated:

   At this level, Adult Protective Services personnel have determined that this report will be assigned for investigation.

4. OR

5. Report is not being investigated:

   At this level, Adult Protective Services personnel have determined that this report will not be assigned for investigation.
